In Loving Memory OfCleo James "Jim" Landers A Graveside Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Friday, November 3, 2017, at Andrew Cemetery in Friend with Pastor Paixao Baptista officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday at Lauber-Moore Funeral Home, Friend from 4-8pm with family greeting relatives and friends. Cloy Stutzman, vocalist, will sing at the graveside. Pallbearers will be Trevor Tyrrell, Frank Filipi, Tina Filipi, Lukas Gilmer, Joseph Gilmer, Mike MacKenzie.

Cleo "Jim" Landers was born October 14, 1947 in Needles, California to Cleo James and Viola M. Landers, Sr. the 4th of five children and passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Warren Memorial Hospital in Friend, Nebraska at the age of 70 years and 14 days.He was united in marriage to Naomi F. Huber on November 26, 1982 in Lincoln, Nebraska.Jim was an over-the-road trucker for many years, serving several companies. He later drove a bus for Star-Tran in Lincoln and also was a supervisor, retiring in 2004In his spare-time he enjoyed working on his computer and spending time on the golf course.Jim is survived by his wife, Naomi Landers, daughter, Michelle Landers, Dallas, TX, grandchildren, Trenton, K.K., and Cagan, all of Dallas, TX, sister-in-law, Twyla F. Bahr, Rogers, AR, family by heart, Mike and Alethea MacKenzie and their children Zech and Jazmine, of Lincoln, Frank and Tina Filipi and their children Frankie and Autumn of Friend. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Darlene and Barbara, and brother, Paul. with family greeting relatives and friends SERVICES Visitation Thursday, November 02, 2017
