In Loving Memory OfMarcille Friesen A reception to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at the Bellwood Mennonite Church Fellowship Hall in Milford. A family graveside will be held prior to the gathering at East Fairview Cemetery with AseraCare Chaplain Sharolyn Lagemann officiating. Memorials have been established to Et-Cetera in Seward, or Mennonite Central Committee school kits. Marcille G. (Stutzman) Friesen was born March 6, 1927 to John W. and Lydia (Danner) Roth, and passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018 in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 90. As a young girl she attended Milford Public School and later accepted Christ as her personal savior and was baptized at East Fairview Mennonite Church. She was united in marriage to Aden Stutzman on January 9, 1944 at Milford and to this union four children were born, Marcia, David, Cheryl, and Darla. They were blessed with 40 years of marriage. Together Marcille and Aden made their home on a farm northwest of Milford. Marcille was a busy housewife and mother. After Aden passed away in 1984, Marcille was married to Henry Friesen on May 27, 1989. Henry passed away in 2014. Marcille is survived by her children and spouses, Marcia and Bob Troyer, Lincoln, Dave and Kathy Stutzman, Seward, Cheryl and Jerre Bontrager, Darla and Gary Armstrong, all of Milford, grandchildren and spouses, Kevin and Lynnae Troyer, Lincoln, Stephanie and John Melena, Milford, Shawn and Liz Troyer, Lincoln, Kristina and Heath Yeackley, Josh and Laura Stutzman, Anika and John Upton, Lezlie and Nat Patton, all of Milford, Cydney and Kevin Eshleman, Los Gatos, CA, Luke and Crystal Hostetler, Lincoln, Josalyn and Kirby Taylor, Milford, Caleb and Joy Armstrong, Lincoln, Ascha and Kurt Michaelis, Milford, 27 great-grandchildren, brother, Auris Roth, Milford, sister, Erna Bachman, Goshen, IN, sister-in-law, Imogene Roth, Glendale, AZ, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Aden in 1984 and Henry in 2014, son-in-law, Bruce Hostetler in 2010, brother, Curt Roth, sister, Norvene Miller, brothers-in-law, Mel Bachman and Kermit Miller, sister-in-law, Beverly Roth.
