In Loving Memory OfTrista Michelle PetersonTrista Michelle Peterson, was born in Seward, Nebraska, on January 28, 2006 to Jennifer Williams and Lucas Peterson, and died tragically on or about January 3, 2007 at the age of 11 months and 6 days, and was later found in rural Butler County, Nebraska on April 13, 2007.Although Trista was only a member of her family for a short while, she left behind many memories of her antics. She was a lively little girl and kept her mother busy. She loved to ride in the car, listening to the radio and dancing in her car seat. Splashing bath water until the floor was covered with water was also fun. Trista loved their pets, "Mo", a poodle, and "Peaches", a cat, and enjoyed crawling after them trying to catch their tail and paws. A special blanket was always with her and she covered her face when getting ready for a nap or bedtime, or even taking her bottle.Trista is survived by her mother, Jennifer Williams, York, father, Lucas Peterson, Pleasant Dale, sister, Ashleigh Baker, Milford, grandparents, Randy and Arlene Williams, Milford, Greg Peterson, Bee, Karen Peterson, Lincoln, great-grandparents, Tanya and Lyn Williams, Seward, Carol Portrey, Humboldt, aunt and spouse, Beth and Adam Kapke, Milford, uncle and spouse, Justyn and Melodie Peterson, Milford, cousins, Devyn and Ashlyn Peterson, step-grandparents, Gail and Marge Gonnermann, Shelby, great-great-grandfather, Jerry Verbeek, Fremont, several great aunts and uncles and a host of other relatives.Trista was preceded in death by her grandmother, great-grandfather, great-grandmother and great-great-grandparents.A Private Memorial Service was held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 20, 2007 at Lauber-Moore Funeral Home in Milford with Rev. Andrew Petro officiating. Burial is in Blue Mound Cemetery, Milford. "Jesus Loves Me", "Holes In Heaven" and "If I See You In Heaven" were played at the service.
